REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all registrations for the Joshua Generation Youth Conference.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only if:

  • A cancellation request is made on or before [insert deadline, e.g., 7 days before the event].
  • The participant sends a formal request via email.

Non-Refundable:

  • Cancellations before 24 hours of the event
  • No-shows
  • Partial attendance
  • Incorrect information was provided during registration

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Payment ID / Screenshot
  • Reason for cancellation

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days.
  • Funds are returned only to the original payment source via Razorpay.
  • Final credit timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If JGYC cancels, postpones, or reschedules the event:

  • A full refund will be offered, OR
  • Participants may opt for registration transfer to the new date.
