REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all registrations for the Joshua Generation Youth Conference.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided only if:
- A cancellation request is made on or before [insert deadline, e.g., 7 days before the event].
- The participant sends a formal request via email.
Non-Refundable:
- Cancellations before 24 hours of the event
- No-shows
- Partial attendance
- Incorrect information was provided during registration
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Include:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Payment ID / Screenshot
- Reason for cancellation
3. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days.
- Funds are returned only to the original payment source via Razorpay.
- Final credit timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
4. Event Cancellation by Organizers
If JGYC cancels, postpones, or reschedules the event:
- A full refund will be offered, OR
- Participants may opt for registration transfer to the new date.
