TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the registration and payment for the Joshua Generation Youth Conference (“JGYC”).
By filling the registration form and making a payment via Razorpay, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of Payment
All payments collected through https://jgyc.in and the associated Google Form are solely for:
- Conference registration
- Event participation
- Administrative and logistical arrangements
- Event materials, including T-shirt and resources
2. Registration Process
- Submit the registration form with accurate information.
- Complete the payment using Razorpay’s secure gateway.
- Registration is considered successful only after payment confirmation.
- A confirmation notification will be sent after successful verification.
3. Payment Process
- Razorpay supports Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, and other RBI-approved methods.
- Ensure all details are correct before payment.
- If a payment fails or is incomplete, registration will not be confirmed.
- Users may retry payments through Razorpay until success.
4. Failed / Incomplete Transactions
In case of:
- Failed transactions
- Cancelled payments
- Bank declines
- Auto-refunds
You must complete the payment again to confirm registration.
If money is deducted but not updated, Razorpay typically reverses within 5–7 working days.
5. Dispute Resolution
For payment disputes:
- Email the event team at jgchennaiupc@gmail.com.
- If not resolved, raise an issue through Razorpay’s grievance portal:
https://razorpay.com/grievance/
6. Event Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and follow all event rules.
Violation may lead to removal from the event without refund.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
